You don’t have to login or register with us to place an order. Just browse our range, choose the products you’d like to buy and go to ‘Checkout’. You’ll then enter a few details and we’ll confirm your order and arrange delivery for you.
We aim to process all orders within 2 weeks and sooner were possible. This does not include bed assembely and we will keep you informed throughout the process, please make sure to leave your contact details.
We use a third party courier, who will contact you for scheduled delivery time around a day before delivery.
Please note, all deliveries are to ground floor only
If we have attempted a first delivery which failed due to missed delivery time, there will be a £50 recharge for second delivery attempt.
Please make sure not to dispose your old bed, until the new one has arrived
As we use third party couriers, Amaze Furniture cannot be liable in the unlikely circumstances of any damage to your home during the delivery and/or installation
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you are unhappy with the colour or material as these beds are made to order.
Our standard delivery rates apply to any addresses within the mainland UK, but unfortunately not the Highlands & Islands.
Please ensure there is someone available to receive your order.
Please note if you have requested for your order to be left with a neighbour, in the porch, behind the wheelie bin etc, Amaze Furniture are no longer responsible for ensuring receipt of order.
Unfortunately we cannot divert orders to alternative addresses once it has been processed.
Please note that both the Post Office & couriers aim for, but can’t guarantee delivery within 7 working days. Deliveries at peak trading times (i.e Christmas) may take longer.
We recognise that you may have special delivery requirements that standard delivery can’t satisfy. If so, we’ll do our best to find an acceptable solution for you. Simply contact us at email@example.com or on 07759966789 to discuss requirements and options which may include the following: –

Elsewhere overseas. Please note we are unable to deliver to some destinations

11. It is our aim to deliver your order in perfect condition and we will make every attempt to make every attempt to make sure this happens
12. You should inspect all orders carefully upon receipt to check the order is complete and free of damage. You will be deemed to have accepted an order unless you notify us within 24 hours of receipt that there is a problem by emailing email@example.com. Please include photos of the problem when doing so.
13. In such an event where due to damage, an error on our part, or there is an obvious quality issue, we will ask you to return the goods to us and we will replace them as soon as possible or alternatively offer a full refund including the cost of sending the items back using a standard postage rate (you must advise us no later than 24hrs after receiving order). We will not reimburse additional sums if you choose to return goods using a premium delivery service.
14. If you wish to cancel your order and your order has been processed OR a delivery has been booked there will be a cancellation charge of 20%.
15.cancelletion fee 20% per order applied if you wish to return unwanted goods. This charge will be deducted from any refund processed.
16. We strongly suggest you use a recorded delivery option when returning items to ensure an acceptable proof of receipt and please include your details in the return so we can identify you.
17. Please note you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any item unless Amaze Furniture is at fault.
18. It is your responsibility if goods do not go upstairs or inside please check the measurements before placing an order.
We offer 12 months warranty from the purchase day, we will not be responsible if the bed frame has not been improperly used or constructed.
Note: Do not throw your old goods until you have received your item
